The Influence of Merdeka Belajar Program Management on School Performance: A Case Study of State Elementary School 35 Talang Kelapa

This study aims to analyze the management of the Merdeka Belajar program and its impact on school performance at SDN 35 Talang Kelapa. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal and teaching staff. Findings indicate that program management comprising planning, implementation, and evaluation is executed systematically. While the principal’s leadership and teacher creativity drive the program’s success, challenges remain regarding facility limitations and the depth of curricular understanding. Overall, effective management of the initiative significantly enhances the quality of learning and institutional performance.
